Around noon on April 21, 2019, Alma Scott, was called home by her heavenly father. She was born on August 12, 1933, in Bristol, Virginia to the late James and Drucilla Hatcher.
Alma found the lord at a young age and served him until the last day of her life. She spent her life caring for her family and friends. She loved socializing and taking trips with her grandson and great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Lily Davis; her sons, Dennis and Vincent (Randy) Scott; her grandson, Barry Washington; her granddaughter, Adrian Scott; and her great-granddaughter, Cadence Harris.
She is survived by her daughters, Tammy Milner and Kimberly Harris; her grandchildren Brandon and Cedric Harris, Zachary and Amelia Redford, Randi Morris, Octavius P. Hall, LeKeita Hall, Leslie and Desha Scott, and Vincent Scott Jr.; her great-grandchildren Kayleigh and Kylee Harris, Trevor Chapman, Kiara Hall, Alexis Harris, Caden Camila and Enzo Redford, Octavius Hall, Riley Woodward, Amiyah and Kylianna Scott, Lexi Stapleton, Cadence Reynolds, and Eliza Sells; as well as many special friends.
