Ms. Deborah (Deb) Louise Webb departed this life on September 15, 2015 at her resident in Johnson City, TN.
She was born in Hampton, VA on April 1, 1954. She was a resident of Bristol, VA, but for the past fifteen years she resided in Johnson City, TN. Deborah attended VA. Intermont College in Bristol, VA and VA. Union University in Richmond, VA. She was also an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Deborah was the daughter of Rev. Dr. W. A. Johnson and the late Louise W. Johnson of Bristol, VA.

Johnson; sisters, Ms. Brenda Greene and Mrs. Carolyn Hope (Robert) Ampudia; brothers, Mr. Michael (Dorothea) Fersner, Mr. Willis (Festus) Johnson, Mr. Jerry Johnson, Mr. Troy Fersner and Mr. Arthur (Michelle) Fersner; brother in law, Mr. Robert (Bud) Stewart; nieces, Ms. Iena (Ena) Greene, Ms. Carolyn (Jeri) Stewart, Ms. Anna Scott, Ms. Brittany Yates, Ms. Megan Yates, Ms. Marshena (Sissy) Fersner and Ms. Brooke Fersner; Great nieces, Ms. Ty’Myra Stewart, Ms. Amina Gaitor and Ms. Arriyah Fersner; nephews, Mr. Emmanuel (Coodie) Johnson, Mr. Michael (Brother) Fersner, Mr. Kyle Fersner and Mr. Robert (Bam) Dunk, Mr. Melvin (Shanisha) Underwood; Great nephew, Mr. Ty’Quan Stewart along with several uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
