Dennis Brian Belcher, 58, departed this life on March 31, 2019, at Grace Health Care. Dennis was born December 4, 1960, in Queens, New York. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Belcher; sister, Charlene Harris; and brother, Gregory Belcher. Charles Robert Goins departed this life Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the James H. Quillen V.A. Medical Center in Johnson City, TN. The family is in the process of making arrangements at this time.

Mr. Bobby James Coalson

Bobby James Coalson was born August 21, 1988, in Tazewell, Virginia and left this world on February 26, 2019, in Phoenix, Arizona. He was a graduate of Abingdon High School and completed the Nursing Assistant Program at Blue Ridge Job Corp. Bobby worked as a CNA at Valley Health Care in Chilhowie, VA. He also spent time caring for his beloved "Big Mommy" Virginia Harris. At his passing, Bobby was completing training for his new job as a security guard at the veteran's hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Ms. Mary Etta Delapp

Mary Etta Delapp departed this March 9, 2019, at Christian Care Center in Blountville, TN. She was a member of Lee Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Douglass, Sr.; son Fred Douglass, Jr.; and grandson Daniel Hill. To cherish her memory Mary Etta leaves her daughter, Camilla (Dwayne) Hill; sisters, Patricia Goins and Sue (David) Bradley; grandchildren, Gabrielle Hockaday, and Alexis Pendleton; great-grandchildren, Landon and Lathan Hockaday; and her best friend for 68 years, Idamae Adams whom she met when they were 11 years old. A memorial service for Ms. Delapp will be conducted Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 1:00 pm from Lee Street Baptist Church.
