She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and a supporter of Harris Anderson AME Zion Church. She attended the Bristol TN Schools. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Washington Sanders and Mrs. Cassie C. Moore Sanders. Three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Telford, Mrs. Eurline Sanders and Mrs. Dorothy Frankin. James Jaquinn Hughes, 19 departed this life Monday, November 19, 2018, He was a graduate of Virginia High School in Bristol Va. He attended Virginia Highlands Community College. He was employed by Teleperformance in Bristol TN. He was preceded in death by Shirley Hughes, Betty Hughes, Jack Hughes, Jeff Hughes, and Tony Hughes. Eugene F. Calloway departed this life November 13, 2018, at Ballad Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born September 10, 1956, and was a resident of Bristol, TN for 62 years. Eugene served his country as a member of the United States Army and was employed many years by the Public works department of Bristol, VA. He was a lifelong member of Lee Street Baptist Church. Steven Dunn, son of William and Beatrice Dunn, born in Welch, WV, on June 16, 1956, made his transition to his heavenly father November 9, 2018. Steven leaves 2 children, Keshia Dunn (Greensborough, NC), and Steven Dunn (Denver, CO); 4 grandchildren; a special niece, Taneshia Dunn (Chicago, IL), who was like a daughter to him; brother, Arthur Dunn (Rogersville, TN); sister, Nancy Dunn Senior (Kingsport, TN); and a host of other relatives. Steven was known for his athletic abilities, humor, and storytelling. He brought joy to everyone he came in contact with. Steven was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Ms. Elizabeth Colette Clark

Elizabeth Colette Clark was born on January 04, 1950 in Roanoke, Virginia. She was the ninth child born to Edgar Lewis Clark and Ruth (Cansler) Clark. She was the youngest of nine siblings and as the baby girl, her siblings, friends, and neighbors affectionately called her “Be’Be’“. Elizabeth Colette was an adorable little girl and all who knew her have many loving and fond memories. Along with her siblings, Elizabeth Colette was raised in St. Paul Methodist Church where she was taught to put God first in her life. Ms. Carolyn Virginia Worley transitioned from Ballad Bristol Regional Hospital and Medical Center into the presence of the Lord on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at 3:14 a.m. after a lengthy illness. Carolyn V. Worley was born July 11, 1940, in Bristol, Virginia to the late Virginia Worley and Wilbur Thompson. She was born third of nine children. Carolyn matriculated through the public school system in Tennessee graduating from Slater High School in 1959. After graduation, she attended college in South Carolina where she met and married Cleo Morrison. To this marriage, three children were born.
